Applicable to: All employees, contractors, and associates of Shiv Shakti One LLP Group

1. Company Values & Code of Conduct

At Shiv Shakti One LLP, our values drive everything we do. We expect every team member to:

  • Act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism

  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration

  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

  • Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct

2. Work Hours & Attendance
  • Standard Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

  • Weekly Off: Sunday

  • Remote Work & Flexibility: Available on a case-by-case basis, with prior approval from the reporting manager.

  • Attendance: Employees must check-in and check-out using the designated attendance system.

  • Late Arrivals: More than 3 instances per month may result in disciplinary action unless justified.

3. Leave Policy
  • Casual Leave (CL): 12 days per year

  • Sick Leave (SL): 6 days per year

  • Paid Leave (PL): 12 days per year, after probation period

  • Unpaid Leave: Requires prior written approval

  • Holiday Calendar: Shared at the beginning of the year and aligned with national/festival holidays

4. Dress Code
  • Digital Marketing & Office Roles: Smart casuals

  • Real Estate Field Roles: Business casuals/formals when meeting clients

  • Jewellery Division: Formal attire, especially in customer-facing roles

5. Performance & Evaluation
  • Probation Period: 3-6 months depending on the role

  • Performance Reviews: Bi-annual evaluations based on KPIs, behavior, and contribution

  • Incentives & Promotions: Based on merit, performance, and leadership potential

6. Use of Company Resources
  • Company devices, internet, tools, and software must be used strictly for business purposes

  • Misuse of resources, including personal projects or unauthorized sharing of data, is strictly prohibited

  • Regular audits may be conducted to ensure compliance

7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
  • Employees must sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

    • All company data, client information, and proprietary processes must remain confidential during and after employment

8. Workplace Safety
  • Adhere to all safety procedures within offices, stores, or on-site

  • Report any unsafe practices or hazards to the Admin/HR team

  • For field staff: follow local laws, and practice caution during client site visits

9. Grievance Redressal
  • Employees can raise concerns with HR or anonymously through the grievance portal

  • Retaliation against any complaint will not be tolerated

  • All complaints will be handled with discretion and seriousness

8. Workplace Safety
  • Notice Period: 30 days post-confirmation

  • Final Settlement: To be processed within 45 days of the last working day

  • Exit Interview: Conducted to gain feedback and ensure smooth handover

11. Zero Tolerance Policy
  • The following will result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination:

    • Fraud or theft

    • Harassment or abuse

    • Confidentiality breach

    • Substance abuse during work hours

    • Repeated insubordination or violation of company rules

Acknowledgement

All employees are required to read, understand, and comply with this Work Policy. A signed acknowledgment form must be submitted to HR within 7 days of joining
